This rat made it big on the chef scene when he at first attempted to become a chef by working in someone’s chef hat. He would later go on to achieve star chef status but only after many difficulties along the way.
Ratatouille was a movie released in 2007 that stunned audiences by proving once again that animated movies had not yet dwindled into oblivion. Highlights like the Lion King and Toy Story in years past had given audiences reason to think that the bar could be raised no higher, but movies like Ratatouille proved that the animated movie had not yet reached the top of what it could do.

This movie is the story of a rat named Remy who lives in the French countryside and tries to hone his culinary skills to a good end but always winds up on the outside of this profession. After all, no one wants a rat in the kitchen. This movie was so acclaimed that it won an Oscar, got another 43 wins, and 20 nominations.
The movie is one of Steve Job’s favorite movies, and it is the favorite movie of several people. This all-star movie features the voices of Patton Oswalt, Ian Holm, Lou Romano, Brian Dennehy, Peter Son, Peter O’Toole, Brad Garrett, and Janeane Garofalo. There is an all-star ensemble cast that adds to the movie significantly and accentuates every detail of the final presentation. The tag line was dinner is served … summer 2007, and this movie seriously added to Pixar’s already stellar repertoire and reputation. The casting of Patton Oswalt was probably the single best move that the movie creators made because it was a perfect fit even though he was not a big name actor.
